About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About Salesforce

Salesforce is the Customer Company - inspiring the future of business with AI + Data + CRM. Our mission is to help every Trailblazer connect with customers in a whole new way. Guided by our core values - Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, Equality, and Sustainability - we believe technology, when designed with empathy and purpose, empowers people to create change that matters.

We are hiring a visionary Principal UX designer to join our Data360 product design team. Data 360 is Salesforce's unified data platform that serves as a real-time single source of truth of customer data in the agentic era. From data management to real-time data processing to data connectivity and ingestion, Data 360 provides easy-to-use tools and easy-to-interpret insights, to help businesses deliver maximum value to their customers at the right time, via the right channels, intelligently, ethically, and responsibly.

To be successful in this role, you will define strategy, prototype visions, and collaborate across the Data360 platform and support the product and design organizations to bring the vision to reality - all while setting the bar for design excellence, leveraging the Salesforce design system and creating/defining new patterns and paradigms for data experience design to meet users' needs. You will work on some of the world's biggest design challenges on a team that strongly values design-first thinking, data- and research-informed user-centric experiences, and ability to drive cross-team vision and alignment. Bring your skills, inspire your teammates, and create amazing experiences as you help us transform the way businesses interact with and derive insights from their data.

As a high-level IC on the team, you will be able to see the big picture, build connections across products and teams, influence our product roadmap and mentor other designers.

Data 360 UX is a tight-knit team working at the intersection of operational design, enterprise scale, and AI-powered innovation. We value systems thinking, thoughtful storytelling, cross-functional collaboration within and beyond the Data360 ecosystem, and drive.

About Salesforce UX

You'll have the opportunity to work on Salesforce's Enterprise and Consumer products, creating new design patterns and paradigms and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to bring your visions to life. This is an opportunity to shape the user experience in ways that solve meaningful problems, design with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility, and make life better for all users and customers.

You'll direct the team in crafting and articulating the product vision, in line with clear goals and rationales - a role requiring expert visualization skills, thought leadership, empathy, and the ability to work closely with product and technology partners. You'll immerse yourself in all aspects of end-to-end experience design, including research and synthesis, using storyboards, journey maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and direction.

At Salesforce, our UX teams aspire to make products people love - tools that make a salesperson's day more productive, a marketer's campaign more powerful, and a developer's app more feature-rich. Behind each product is a team of talented UX designers and engineers, driven by the power of design to build integrated and ethical experiences that support strong relationships for our users and their customers. Bring your skills, inspire your team, and create amazing experiences as you help us transform the way business gets done.
