Job Title:Barista

Primary Purpose:Todeliverexceptionalcustomer experienceandactively contribute to the store's sales performance bydriving salesandrepresentingthe Coach brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

The successful individual willdemonstrate:

  • Product Knowledge:Maintaindeep knowledge ofmenu, merchandise,andCoachbrand heritagetoseizeopportunities tosharethe craft & quality inall ofour products.

  • Selling Skills:Meet individual and store sales goalsbysharing ourdifferentbeverages, food, and merchandise options.Identifyopportunities to enhanceguestexperience throughcustomization(e.g., alternative milks, extra shots, larger sizes)andensuringtheirawareness of limited availability items.

  • Visual Standards:Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.

  • Operational Excellence:Maintaina clean,organizedand stockedworkplace,ensuringproper sanitation andfoodsafety standards arealways followed. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovensto prepare and servehandcrafted beveragesfollowing recipestandardsand customer preferences.

  • Team Collaboration:Work closely with team members tosolve problems andensureseamlessguestexperience.Support team goals by sharing selling strategies and celebrating wins together.

  • Prior experience as a barista or in a cafe setting is preferred

  • Strong communicationand customer service skills

  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash

  • Available to work flexible hours/shiftsthat may include early mornings, evenings,weekendsand holidays

Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Ability towork in a faced paced environment

  • Ability tostand for extended periods

  • Can lift and carry items up to 25lbs

  • Effectiveclient service skills

  • Proven organizational skills

  • Proven ability to work withfood & beverageoperating systems
