The Senior Financial Analyst will apply knowledge of financial processes to provide OneStream support for the businesses. This role will function under the Enterprise Reporting and Controls (R&C) team to enhance the delivery of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial close for all global business units. The incumbent will actively work with the businesses to seek system and process enhancement opportunities and assist in enhancement and implementation initiatives from end to end (requirements gathering, testing, go-live, etc.). The incumbent will also support the FACTFinder application in issue resolution.

This role is not hybrid/remote and will report to our Global Headquarters in Cleveland, OH.

Because this role involves access to confidential financial information, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Serve as point of contact for communication to operating division power-users for all OneStream development and use.

    • Work with end-users to troubleshoot issues

    • Aid in gathering business requirements for all production enhancements

    • Aid in gathering business requirements for all future OneStream projects

  • Provide clear and constant communication between the OneStream group (Finance & IT) to articulate what changes will be happening via OneStream and Data Relationship Management (DRM) monthly.

  • Support OneStream/EPM/FactFinder Projects & Production

    • Liaise between Business Segments and IT Developers

    • Create/adjust webforms and reports

    • Inbound/Outbound data interfaces

    • System testing

    • Data integrity

  • Facilitate requirements-gathering and testing of system enhancements

    • Partner with enterprise finance teams to understand processes and document requested changes

    • Create and execute test scripts

    • Verify data using data sheets

    • Utilize Jira to manage testing and defects.

    • Coordinate System Performance Testing

  • Work with the various business teams to help gather and document system requirements for various business processes

  • Develop and conduct end user training and change management material

    • Maintain up-to-date reference materials and process guides in a shared location

    • Conduct regular and ad hoc training sessions


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or business-related field.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • 3+ years of Finance/ Accounting Experience
  • Comfortable with financial systems and working with IT

Preferred:

  • 4 years actively engaged as a Financial Analyst with increasing responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience working in various financial systems

  • ERP or EPM system experience

  • Project leadership experience

  • FP&A / R&C experience

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to be a team-oriented individual with a high degree of flexibility and work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word)

Preferred:

  • Strong multi-tasking skills to handle multiple priorities and projects
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Experience working with OneStream, EPM, Oracle GL, or other financial systems
