Job DescriptionIDS is seeking a motivated Treaty Compliance Analyst to support arms control, compliance, and inspection-related activities for defense and national security programs. This role involves assisting senior staff in coordinating with high-level defense organizations, conducting treaty-related analysis, and supporting projects that involve multi-stakeholder engagement. The Treaty Compliance Analyst will contribute to ensuring U.S. compliance with relevant treaty obligations and support leadership decision-making through research, coordination, and documentation. Key Duties* Interact and coordinate with Service Staff, Joint Staff (JS), and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) on treaty compliance and arms control matters. * Bachelor's degree in engineering, scientific, technical, management, or a related discipline.
