Job Summary Our data products power the insights, decisions, and operations of teams across Equinix. We build and manage core data platform capabilities, reusable data models, semantic layers, decision-ready dashboards, conversational BI, and custom AI solutions including interconnection recommendation engines, automated data center cage design, etc. As we scale, we are transforming internal operational and analytical data into unified, governed, high quality assets for Equinix, and we plan to build toward commercializing differentiated data and insights offerings for external customers. We're looking for a Director of Go-To-Market Data Product Management to develop the data and AI product roadmap for our Go-To-Market organization. This is a senior product leader role, that will interface with both senior business leaders and engineering, data science team. You'll partner directly with engineering and data science leadership as a peer - someone who can evaluate technical approaches, challenge estimates, and make sound build-vs-buy decisions. You won't just gather requirements and hand them off; you'll shape solutions. Key priorities for this role include building our Customer 360 capability, a unified view of customer, product, and transaction data that will power pricing optimization, solution design, and developing AI automation and AI intelligence products that help customers and Go-To-Market teams. This role resides within Equinix's Enterprise Data & Analytics team, and reports to the Senior Director of Data Product, Go-To-Market. This posting is a new position within our organization. The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: United States - Redwood City Office GHQ : 240,000 - 360,000 USD / Annual United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 200,000 - 300,000 USD / Annual Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 166,000 - 248,000 CAD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
