Substitute Instructional Paraprofessional: Preschool

The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a Substitute Instructional Paraprofessional: Preschool at Richfield Dual Language Elementary School (RDLS), starting March 2026 through May 2026.

Requirements:
Must be highly qualified, providing supporting documentation having 1 of the 3 listed below:

1. Completed two years of study (equaling 60 or more credit hours) from an accredited institution of higher education (Transcript).
2. Have an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution of higher education (Transcript)
3. Obtained a passing score on the MN-approved assessment, ParaPro or ParaEducator exam, both measuring math and reading skills (Certification).

• Spanish Fluency preferred.
• Experience working in a Pre-school or similar environment preferred.

Pay Rate: $23.19 (Substitutes are placed at Step 1 for the position they're subbing for).
