As the Director of Inclusion and Wellbeing, you will champion and direct the Firm's initiatives and programs aimed at creating a supportive and inclusive workplace. You will serve as the leading authority on inclusion and wellbeing, providing strategic direction and best practices to our senior administrative leadership while setting high standards for measurable success. Your Role: As the Director of Inclusion and Wellbeing within our Talent Team you will:
Under the leadership of the Chief Talent Officer, drive forward the execution of inclusion and wellbeing strategies, initiatives, and programs for the firm. Unite efforts within the Talent department to design, launch and advance programs that champion equality of opportunity, including integration, development, mentorship, sponsorship, retention, and advancement of attorneys and business professionals. Create and oversee innovative programs that cultivate an inclusive environment where all attorneys and business professionals are supported, promoting engagement and retention. Oversee the Business Resource Groups (BRGs), ensuring alignment with business priorities and successful outcomes. Collaborate with departments such as Human Resources, Marketing, and Practice Administration to enhance recruiting, retention, and learning and development efforts. Provide strategic oversight and support for client-related inclusion issues and requests. Cultivate partnerships with external advisors to further strategic objectives in inclusion and wellbeing. Lead initiatives to promote awareness of inclusivity and wellbeing within firm management, operations, and governance. Gather and analyze metrics related to inclusion and wellbeing, presenting actionable insights to inform firm-wide strategy.

Strategic Thinker: Experience in evaluating and implementing innovative programs.
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree required, along with 10+ years of experience leading organizational inclusion and well-being initiatives in a large law firm or legal environment. Extensive knowledge of inclusion and well-being principles, best practices, and emerging trends in the legal industry. Proven experience in developing, coaching, and supporting direct reports to achieve individual and organizational goals. Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and data analytics tools. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality of client and firm matters while adhering to policies and procedures. Excellent time management skills, successfully prioritizing tasks and working beyond standard hours as needed.
