The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology (OBGYN) at the University of Virginia supports a dynamic and growing research enterprise and is committed to excellence in research administration, compliance, and operational support. The Department seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Research Administration & Proposal Development Administrator to support pre-award activities and research administrative processes. This role works closely with faculty, investigators, and research teams to support proposal development, budgeting, research system coordination, and study start-up activities. This position is located in Charlottesville, VA. A hybrid work schedule may be available after a training period based on performance and operational needs. Annual compensation ranges from $60,000 - $62,000.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and related experience in lieu of a degree required. Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience required. Licensure: None PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
