Wellesley MA Full time R0014452 The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports full-cycle recruitment for staff, union, temporary, and seasonal roles. This position partners closely with hiring managers, ensures compliance with employment laws and union requirements, and maintains accurate data and workflows in Workday. The Specialist also manages temporary position end-date tracking, onboarding coordination, and select HR operational processes. WHAT YOU WILL DO
YOUR TEAM WILL INCLUDE N/A WHAT EDUCATION AND SKILLS YOU WILL NEED Associate's Degree (in related discipline preferred) or equivalent skills/experience A minimum of 2-3 years of human resources recruitment coordination experience required. Must have a proven track record of promoting and adhering to client excellence and recovery, high standards of professional behavior, code of conduct, compassion, and team approach. Must be self-directed to complete responsibilities in effective collaboration with other members of the campus. Must demonstrate flexibility in face of changing work environment, adjusting work schedule accordingly. Must demonstrate and sustain dependability, reliability, and have interpersonal savvy and composure. Must have strong recruitment sourcing and marketing skills utilizing the internet, social networking, and niche sites with a strong emphasis on inclusive excellence. Must be knowledgeable in the use of, and tracking of, data for routine report analysis. Must have the ability to multi-task, function in a fast paced, high-volume environment Must be able to work independently with minimum direction as well as the ability to collaborate with the HR team; and ability to successfully work with all constituencies. Must have knowledge of state and federal employment laws and ability to apply principles appropriately. Ability to maintain a high-level professional behavior, integrity and trust with client base, employees and team members; must also be receptive to suggestion and continually seeks to improve performance. Envisions and proposes new methods to perform tasks that support ET&A; takes thoughtful risks; and accepts new and ongoing initiatives, objectives, and solutions to gain sought-after results. Anticipates and embraces change; demonstrates willingness to achieve, acquire, and utilize new skills and challenging tasks; and is flexible in changing conditions. Must have advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must have exceptional attention to detail skills. HOW AND WHERE YOU WILL WORK Requires work onsite a minimum of 2 days a week; the on-campus requirement is subject to modification based on organizational need. May require occasional evening work. This is a non-exempt position with the following pay range: $36.21/hour - $40.23/hour; the role is also eligible for bonuses based on performance and budget. Babson College offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees working at least 28 hours per week.
