Financial trend analysis

* Analyze historical financials to surface performance drivers and trends across campuses and at the consolidated level.

* Build reporting tools to explain period-over-period changes and inform decision-making.

Data exploration & performance insights

* Analyze large datasets (e.g., GL, labor, census/occupancy, pricing, marketing, CapEx) to identify opportunities to improve performance.

* Create one-pagers that translate data into actionable insights for Finance, Corp Dev, and Operations.

Market demographics (NIC MAP)

* Use NIC MAP to evaluate supply/demand, penetration, pricing, competitive sets, and demographic trends around each campus to understand performance context.

* Identify additional MSAs with attractive demographics and build shortlists supported by data and clear screening criteria.

CapEx projection overhaul

* Review historical CapEx by asset class to refine projection assumptions.

* Analyze previous projects to ensure our assumptions align with actual expenses incurred

Ad-hoc reporting

* Turn around fast, accurate analyses and reporting requests
