Account Manager, Personal and Home Care

Responsibilities

* Strengthen customer relationships to increase satisfaction, trust, and long-term retention
* Expand share of wallet and deliver year-over-year growth through targeted commercial strategies
* Improve profitability by leading contract, pricing, and overdue management activities, provide actionable customer demand insights to support portfolio and planning decisions
* Reduce churn by identifying risks early and executing retention plans
* Maintain a high-quality CRM pipeline that supports growth targets
* Deliver accurate forecasts that enable effective business planning and resource allocation
* Accelerate new business by partnering with Business Development Managers on opportunity scouting and pipeline expansion
* Ensure excellent customer experience by coordinating seamlessly with Customer Service teams
* Operate effectively in a coordinated, multi-point engagement model to strengthen customer outcomes
* Foster internal trust by communicating clearly, meeting commitments, and driving cross-functional alignment
* Prioritize key actions that maximize sales impact and support growth objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of account management experience, ideally within the Personal and Home Care industries
• Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple customer touchpoints
• Strong sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
