Call Center - Customer Service Representative Location: O'Fallon, MO (On-site) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm CST Training Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm CST, Monday-Friday Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in O'Fallon, MO. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of customer service experience, especially those who excel in highvolume environments. You will act as a primary contact for customer inquiries, questions, and service needs, delivering exceptional support across all interactions. This is an onsite, 5daysperweek position, not remote, and requires scheduling flexibility. Key Responsibilities * Provide timely, professional support to incoming calls within an automated call delivery environment * Take ownership of customer inquiries and billing issues and ensure complete resolution * Collaborate with internal partners to deliver endtoend service solutions * Navigate multiple internal systems and applications (training provided) to research and resolve issues * Work effectively as part of a team with strong communication and interpersonal skills * Apply product and process guidelines appropriately * Support other teams and complete additional transactions as business needs evolve * Complete assignments and additional duties as needed Skills & Qualifications * 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred * Strong oral and written communication skills * Demonstrated leadership qualities * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities * Strong data entry capabilities * Proficiency with MS Word and Excel (basic required; advanced skills a plus) Work Environment & Schedule * On-site position * Standard hours: 10:30am-7:00pm CST, Monday-Friday * Training hours: 8:00am-4:30pm CST, Monday-Friday * Flexibility required for coverage between 8:00am-7:00pm CST * Occasional overtime and some Saturdays may be required Why Join Us? * Supportive, team-oriented culture * Opportunities to build customer service and communication skills * Stable, structured work environment * Chance to contribute meaningfully to a highperforming service operation Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of O FALLON, MO.
