Role Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for guests and travel partners, delivering exceptional service while supporting reservations and revenue goals-all from the comfort of your home. Shift Full-time (35-40 hours/week) Need to be flexible for scheduling across AM, Mid, or PM shifts, including weekends and holidays Job Description * Handle inbound reservation calls from guests and travel agents with professionalism and efficiency * Upsell and close reservation transactions while meeting revenue targets * Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and document interactions using internal systems Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of recent call center or customer service experience * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to type 25 WPM and pass computer competency assessments * Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
