Job Opportunity: Patient Registrar - Main ER Are you passionate about healthcare and thrive in fast-paced environments? Join our Emergency Department team as a Patient Registrar and be the welcoming face for patients during critical moments. What You'll Do * Greet patients in the Main ER and collect insurance information * Verify copays and obtain required signatures using clipboard, tablet, or WOW station * Navigate diverse medical situations with professionalism and empathy * Support patients and staff while working around the realities of an ER (bodily fluids, injuries, and illnesses) What We're Looking For * Top Skills: Customer service, medical terminology, patient information handling * Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred) * 1+ years of healthcare experience in a clinic or hospital setting * Experience in healthcare insurance verification (required) * Flexibility to work any shift, including holidays Why You'll Succeed * You're detail-oriented and compassionate * You can balance efficiency with empathy * You're adaptable and thrive under pressure Experience Level Expert - we're seeking someone who can hit the ground running and bring confidence to the role.
