Position Overview:

Join our team as an Assembly Operator and play an important role in supporting Laerdal's mission of Helping Save Lives. In this position, you will assemble, test, and document products by following standard work instructions at assigned workstations, working under close supervision with a strong commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, test, inspect, and document products to meet safety, quality, productivity, and ontime delivery standards.
  • Perform manual and electronic assembly of components and finished products (including soldering, cable, and speaker assemblies) in accordance with work instructions and specifications.
  • Conduct basic inprocess equipment checks, identify issues, make minor adjustments, and notify the supervisor as needed.
  • Inspect and correct nonconforming parts and finished products to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Prepare products for shipment, including accurate packing, labeling (serial and nonserial), and transfer to shipping.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and confirm parts availability for scheduled production (picklists/BOMs).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S) and safely operate all tools, machinery, and equipment.
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and personnel policies.

Pay Rate:

  • $15.50/hr.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Thursday
  • 6:00am-4:30pm
  • Overtime as required based on business need

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience working
    with electronics parts assembly, vinyl part assembly, molded parts assembly and
    various molding materials preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation
