Position Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and delivering multiple complex projects involving Laerdal products and services. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive highquality solutions that align with Laerdal's mission and expectations. Success in this position requires exceptional communication, organization, and problemsolving skills, along with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple engagements.

The Project Manager oversees the full project lifecycle, from sales handoff through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving crossfunctional alignment. This role ensures project goals are met by coordinating internal teams, thirdparty vendors, and key stakeholders, all while upholding Laerdal's core values and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Lifecycle Management:

  • Lead and execute multiple complex projects from initiation through closure.
  • Deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations and project KPIs.
  • Ensure seamless transitions during the salestoproject handoff.

Customer & Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster strong customer relationships and ensure inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Manage and influence internal teams and external vendors to maintain alignment.

Planning, Scope & Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Oversee project scope, resources, and budgets to ensure efficiency and performance.
  • Drive accountability and proactive problemsolving to keep projects on track.

Documentation, Reporting & Quality Assurance:

  • Maintain accurate project documentation in Salesforce, including status updates, risks, and change orders.
  • Ensure highquality project deliverables through review and continuous improvement practices.
  • Monitor project performance and report progress to stakeholders.

CrossFunctional Collaboration:

  • Partner with sales, operations, technical teams, customer support, and thirdparty vendors to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Align project activities with internal processes and customer needs.

Risk & Change Management:

  • Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and address issues quickly.
  • Adapt effectively to changing priorities, technologies, and business needs.

Values & Communication:

  • Communicate clearly and consistently with all stakeholders to maintain transparency.
  • Demonstrate Laerdal's core values through ethical decisionmaking and a customercentric approach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce, and ability to learn new computer software programs quickly
  • Minimum of 2 years experience leading project teams for small, medium and large complex projects including construction, hardware, software and services
  • Proven ability to work through and influence stakeholders and customers
  • Ability to leverage technical acumen to translate complex requirements into actionable project plans, ensuring seamless collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving skills with attention to detail and decision-making processes
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to prioritize, plan and execute
  • Exceptional
    interpersonal, communication skills, and presentation skills

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000, eligible for 9% annual bonus
