Administrative Assistant I

As a Field Service Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a growing Resource Development and Training Organization that supplies resources to support Steam Generator and NDE Projects. You will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, management, and employees while entering time, fatigue, and expenses timely and accurately. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities at the site in which you are deployed, including coordinating in-processing and training. This position requires seasonal spring and fall travel to various utilities with up to 75% travel to various nuclear sites.

Ability to travel from site to site up to 75% of the time
• Handle routine administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide phone coverage and route technical issues appropriately.
• Open, sort and distribute incoming mail.
• Perform word-processing of drafted documents and proofread for accuracy and completeness.
• Distribute documents and correspondence.
• Perform basic database entry and file maintenance of customer information and/ or internal company records such as vacation log, training needs, timekeeping reports, personnel files, and general department files.
• Process office supply requisitions, facilities requests, graphics services requests and office equipment repair requests.
• Make travel arrangements and schedules meetings.

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules and files efficiently.
• Ability to travel up to 75% to various sites for administrative support.

• Salary: $17.60 - $23.00 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
