Key Client Executive, Provider

We're looking for an experienced customer success management professional to provide strategic business development for some of our highest-profile Health System and eHR partners. This position is responsible for retaining and growing existing partnerships and developing strategies to ensure client objectives are met. This is the ideal position for a savvy, strategically minded client management expert.

What Key Client Executives Do?

Like most growing companies, the job content of all positions varies daily as everyone pitches in to get the job done. Nonetheless, we try to maintain clarity with respect to employees' primary responsibilities.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Fostering loyal, long-term relationships with decision-makers at our highest-profile partners
  • Addressing both short-term and long-term client needs and proposing targeted solutions to meet company objectives
  • Providing data-driven insights to spot opportunities and barriers to adoption, through regular and ad-hoc reporting
  • Partner across various disciplines within the CoverMyMeds organization to achieve client objectives
  • Travel to clients and industry events as needed (about 25-30%)
  • May supervise Strategic Client Executives

About You

You love working with people - both colleagues and clients - in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You have a healthy mix of left-brain (detail-oriented and analytical) and right-brain (charismatic and collaborative). You take a data-driven approach to understanding your clients and are always up-to-date on industry trends. You are results-oriented, self-motivated, and have a high level of initiative.

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 7 years of customer management experience, with a record of results in retaining and growing client accounts
  • Great communicator, either one-on-one, in writing, and in formal presentations, with clinical, operational, IT, and executive clients
  • Ready to have an immediate impact on multiple client relationships
  • Top-notch strategic acumen, problem-solving, and analytical ability
  • Demonstrated success in a supporting a complex sales process

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$101,300 - $168,800
