*Customer Experience Manager * *Overview*
We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead a team of Customer Experience Specialists within our Mortgage Fulfillment Division. This leader will drive operational excellence, elevate customer satisfaction, and ensure all workflow, queue, and performance standards are consistently met. *Key Responsibilities* * *Lead & Develop the Team:* Manage and coach a team of Customer Experience Specialists to deliver bestinclass service throughout the mortgage fulfillment process. * *Operational Oversight:* Monitor, manage, and optimize daily queues, ensuring staff adherence to schedules, specialty skill assignments, shifts, meetings, and training. * *Performance Management:* Track key metrics, evaluate individual and team performance, and provide ongoing coaching to meet and exceed targets. * *CrossFunctional Collaboration:* Partner with internal teams to identify and prioritize customer pain points and process gaps. * *Process Improvement:* Lead initiatives and crossfunctional projects to enhance workflows, implement system improvements, and elevate the overall customer experience. * *Culture Champion:* Model behaviors aligned with our organization's culture, values, and customerfirst mindset. *Required Skills & Experience* * Proven *management experience in a call center environment* with strong customer service leadership. * Experience using *call monitoring tools/software* to assess and improve service quality. * Demonstrated success in *pipeline and queue management*. * *Financial services and mortgage industry experience is required.* * Strong understanding of *Federal, State, and Local mortgage regulations*. * Advanced proficiency in *Microsoft Office products* (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint). *Top Skills* * Mortgage Customer Service * Leadership / Supervisor Experience * KPI & Performance Management * Loan Operations * Customer Experience Strategy *Experience Level* *Intermediate Level* *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, TX. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $33.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
