Overview
The Carle BroMenn Resale Boutique Associate (Thrift Shop Worker) serves the customer of the retail shop mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends as needed. Assists the shop supervisor with duties as assigned. Qualifications Certifications: , Education: , Work Experience: Responsibilities Receives, processes, distributes donated merchandise. Maintains the production and sales floor area. Makes self available to customers; performs cashiering. Tends to fitting rooms. Fills various roles in the absence of scheduled volunteers as needed. Demonstrates professionalism with customers, coworkers and volunteers. Works independently and as part of a team. Assists in closing registers and preparing deposits. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $15per hour - $24.32per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
