Your Job

Optimized Process Designs has an opening for a Receiving Administrator. We are recognized for our safety, environmental excellence, innovation, and customer service. This is a great opportunity for an individual to be part of an operations team and gain experience with a well-established and growing company.


What You Will Do

  • Performing and maintaining system receipts for material delivered to our off-site facilities.
  • Validating data from source documents, verifying data completeness, accuracy, and conformance to company guidelines.
  • Work closely with Accounts payable and off-site facilities, requesting proper receiving documentation and ensuring Accounts Payable is able to properly perform a 3-way match, expediting payments to our Vendors.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in an administrator role
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
