Strategic Facility Planning Resource Project Manager combines space optimization and resource allocation to drive successful project outcomes. Direct and coordinate and manage the day-to-day management of diverse projects in the inpatient, outpatient, and administrative built environments. This role works collaboratively with internal and external professionals, to deliver projects. Ensures all activities in scope are in alignment with VCUHS policies and procedures. Reports to the Resource Director of Real Estate or Strategic Facility Planning and collaborates with VCU.

Employment Qualifications Required Education: Associate's Degree in business or related field Preferred Education: Combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Licensure/Certification Required:N/A Licensure/Certification Preferred:N/A Minimum Qualifications Years and Type of Required Experience Minimum three (3) years with project management or supervisory experience in resource management or related experience.
