As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible, and respond to security-related concerns with clear communication and a customer-first mindset. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license under AU driver policy. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to the client by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail sales floor, stock areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points and customer traffic, helping to discourage theft and/or disruptive behavior while maintaining a professional presence and assisting guests and associates as needed.
• Observe for potential hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations, and communicate findings promptly using post orders, incident reports, and/or approved communication systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
