As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control, assist employees and drivers with clear communication, and document activity as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to Allied Universal clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting employee and visitor needs while maintaining a professional presence.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouses, yard areas, parking lots, dock doors, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Monitor and document access points, vehicle and trailer movement, and contractor deliveries as directed by post orders, escalating concerns through the chain of command.
• Complete security-related reports and log entries, communicate activity to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management, and support incident response and follow-up actions as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
