Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated New Product Introduction Technologist to join our Aerospace First Production (NPI) team in the Noise, Vibration, and Harshness Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the first production runs of new aerospace products, ensuring that they meet quality standards and specifications, and support on-time deliveries. This role involves collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, quality, program management, materials, and operations team members to facilitate a smooth transition from development to production. This position requires a motivated and well-organized individual with strong communication and teamwork. Individual is expected to proactively manage their workload to minimize potential delays during the manufacturing process. This position falls within the scope of the FAA Drug and Alcohol program which includes a random testing program and successful completion of an FAA pre-employment drug screen. Responsibilities
