Job Overview
This role is primarily responsible for a wide range of website tasks including maintaining, updating, and ensuring site functionality and responsiveness, as well as helping to migrate current website to a new environment; set up tracking for web performance metrics and provide analyses reports. Work within a team to assist in the execution and tracking of digital marketing tactics such as email, landing pages, lead generation forms, online banner ads, and other digital assets. This position will also provide support for Horizon's direct marketing program, as needed. This position requires working knowledge of Content Management Systems, basic HTML skills, SEO familiarity, and experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LookerStudio, and Google Search Console.
Principal Accountabilities
Represent Horizon by providing customer service to advisors within assigned responsibilities in a courteous, professional manner. Accountable for adherence to compliance standards including Bank Secrecy (BSA), Advertising Compliance, Cyber Security and quality and timeliness of all assigned tasks. Actively protect confidentiality of customer and account information. Demonstrate Horizon Bank's commitment to the communities we serve through involvement in local organizations and events.
Duties
- Manage and regularly update website content to ensure the site remains current and up to date.
- Manage website Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Complete a yearly audit of website content to ensure relevance and compliance.
- Utilize Google Analytics and related tools to ensure tracking and tags are properly configured for
- insights and reporting.
- Prepare regular website traffic, lead generation, and digital campaign performance reports.
- Support the onboarding of Horizon's implementation of HubSpot which will serve as the Bank's new website platform and marketing automation system.
- Support content migration into new website platform along with ongoing website management tasks.
- Manage the email marketing platform and assist in the development and execution of email strategies.
- Administer and track all digital marketing campaigns.
- Report suspicious transactions or unusual occurrences to supervisor; Conduct and document periodic risk reviews and run reports as needed.
- Perform all work in compliance with established regulations, policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and instructions.
- Maintain customer confidence and protect bank operations by keeping information private and confidential.
- Participate in ongoing skill, compliance, product, market, risk management and security training as required for the position and apply knowledge in performance of daily tasks.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or web design preferred, or related field of study preferred.
- If non-degree candidate, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience (certification preferred if no relevant degree or completed course of study).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting website management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) with basic HTML and SEO familiarity.
- Experience with HubSpot Content Hub and/or Marketing Hub preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) (GA4) and comfort preparing website and digital performance reports.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organization, time management and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to follow established procedures, apply sound judgment, and produce accurate, high-quality work.
