Snowflake is building a new and evolving Learning & Development (L&D) function and is seeking a Senior L&D Program Manager to help create meaningful learning experiences for Snowflakes across the company. This role is an opportunity to build and experiment - trying new approaches, learning what resonates, and shaping development programs employees actually want to engage with. This role focuses on designing learning experiences that support everyday effectiveness and growth, including skills like communication, collaboration, career navigation, and personal effectiveness. You will own widely accessible programs that help Snowflakes build confidence, strengthen core skills, and navigate important moments in their careers.
