This includes oversight to the overall project cost, schedule, and performance objectives of assigned projects for expanding and maintaining the plant, process, and pipeline networks of the Enbridge's business units. Develop and lead a high-performance project execution team Prepare project execution plans. This includes developing various project execution scenarios to support the business objectives. Identify project risks, mitigation measures, and exposures that may impact the success of the project. Understand revenue modes, profit and loss, and cost to completion projections and makes decisions accordingly. Identifies cost benefit or revenue enablement opportunities as they relate to a specific project. Assesses project issues and implements resolutions; minimizes exposure and risk on project and resolves issues. Prepares and delivers presentations to management, client groups, and Board as required. Performs closure assessments and reporting to include customer feedback, lessons learned and internal financial reviews. Who You Are:
University degree or diploma in engineering, science, business or related. 15 years of progressively increasing experience in pipeline, oil and gas, technology development, or research & development industry. Management experience with background in the execution of pipeline and compressor station projects. Experience in FERC regulatory processes and federal agency permitting. Demonstrated ability to be innovative, take initiative, lead, and manage large scale change, which may be transformational in nature to adapt to industry trends, shifting business strategies or critical improvement opportunities. Relationship building skills to connect with internal (executive presentations and interactions) and external partners (contracting relationships with major EPC contractors across North America). Planning with a clear vision and creative thinking. Effective leaderships skills to delegate work, mentor and to evaluate and recruit project management talent. This includes facilitating large project multi-disciplinary teams. Valid passport to work and travel between Canada and the US.
Working Conditions:
Office environment. 50% travel.
Physical Requirements (Office) include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 45 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement. Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone. US Only Salary: $168,200/year - $240,000/year USD. Benefits:
