JOB SUMMARY:
Serve as an Integration Architect responsible for overall system performance and management, change management, cross-functional team engagement. This role ensures seamless interoperability across EHR platforms, third-party systems, and enterprise applications while supporting scalable, secure, and high-performing end-to-end workflows.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Understand and articulate product functionality and related workflows.
2. Knowledgeable in customer workflows, industry best practices, regulatory requirements and compliance needs.
3. Collaborate with customers and other project teams to define product design and configuration following industry best practices.
4. Identify and determine inputs and work tasks needed to complete fully functional product configurations.
5. Lead meetings and sessions with clients and other project team members to complete work tasks.
6. Lead assessments of current workflows, configurations, and integrations, leading the discussion when appropriate, to recommend and implement enhancements that drive operational efficiency and patient care improvements.
7. Perform tasks that need independent judgment to implement EHR products and technology to meet customer needs.
8. Manage the configuration needs for multiple concurrent optimization projects, from requirements analysis and design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
9. Operate independently without assistance or guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with best practices
10. Collaborate with customers to develop delivery roadmap and ensure successful execution of roadmap.
11. Develop training materials, conduct virtual sessions, and offer ongoing consultation to support user proficiency and system utilization.
12. Monitor project outcomes, track key metrics, and report progress to clients and internal leadership.
13. Stay current with relevant Oracle Health Millennium updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes to inform proactive optimization strategies.
14. Mitigate risks and issues.
15. Act as a mentor and coach to other consultants and team members.
16. Influence customer roadmap and design.
17. Contribute to long-term planning and innovation.

JOB SCOPE:
The Integration Architect will be a support team leader assisting with cross-functional team engagement, change management, and overall system performance and maintenance. This person must have a broad understanding of the Millennium platform, troubleshooting tools and techniques, Core processes, and high-level technical infrastructure knowledge. This position works with internal and external sources under minimal direction and uses independent judgement to make decisions and complete activities.
