JOB SUMMARY: Serve as a Registration Architect responsible for leading the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Health Millennium patient access and registration workflows across Claritev client engagements. This role ensures accurate demographic capture, streamlined front-end processes, and seamless integration with downstream clinical and financial systems while aligning operational needs with scalable technical solutions. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the architecture and configuration of patient registration and discharges, health plans, and related workflows. Translate operational requirements from Patient Access into system specifications. Design and optimize demographic workflows, identity management processes, and ADT processes. Support integration between registration systems, EHR modules, financial systems, and third-party verification tools. Oversee data integrity, duplicate prevention, MPI/EMPI strategies, and accurate demographic capture. Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure compliance with regulatory, financial, and audit requirements. Lead testing, validation, and readiness activities for new deployments or workflow enhancements. Provide go-live support, issue escalation, root-cause analysis, and stabilization leadership. Mentor registration analysts and contribute to governance, workflow standardization, and documentation practices. JOB SCOPE: The Registration Architect will be responsible for the overall design and implementation of Oracle Health Millennium Enterprise Registration Management and EMPI applications. This role will work closely with the Revenue Cycle Architect to define operational workflows and application configuration. The chosen candidate will work independently with minimal direction.
