UV Lining Superintendent

HK Solutions Group is seeking a field UV lining Superintendent. Position can be based in Jacksonville FL.

The UV Lining Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all field operations related to UV CIPP lining projects. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. The Superintendent serves as the primary on-site leader, managing crews, subcontractors, and client coordination.

Job Functions

• Supervise daily field operations for UV lining projects
• Plan and coordinate crew assignments, equipment, and materials
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, jobsite safety plans, and OSHA requirements
• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules prior to and during execution
• Monitor project progress and productivity; adjust staffing and resources as needed
• Conduct jobsite inspections to ensure quality control and proper installation
• Serve as point of contact with clients, inspectors, engineers, and project managers
• Complete daily reports, production logs, and safety documentation
• Train and mentor crew members on proper procedures and best practices
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly to minimize downtime and rework

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must possess a Valid US Driver's License
• Consistent overnight travel is required (drive HK vehicles to work sites and be home on weekends)
• Must be able to work extended shifts
• Must be insurable with HK carrier (good driving record)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in CIPP / UV lining or trenchless rehabilitation
• Prior supervisory or superintendent experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of UV curing processes, equipment, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and job schedules
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
• OSHA 30 preferred (or ability to obtain)

Physical Requirements

• Working outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions
• Regularly exposed to environments involving equipment, elevated work areas, confined spaces, noise, dust, hazardous materials and odors
• Lift/move up to 75 pounds frequently, frequently performs tasks requiring climbing, crawling, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying and gripping

Schedule:

• Day shift is primary, but there will be times a night shift is needed.
• Monday to Friday is typical, occasional weekends.
• Overtime
