How you will make history here...

  • Ensure the accurate, compliant, and seamless operation of the company's retirement and long-term incentive programs that directly impact employees' financial futures.

  • Strengthen operational controls, governance, and audit readiness across retirement and equity programs.

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for smarter processes, automation, and efficiency.

  • Serve as a trusted operational expert for complex retirement and equity administration in a highly regulated environment.

What you will do...

  • Administer day-to-day operations of retirement programs, including pension, 401(k), nonqualified deferred compensation (NQDC), and executive retirement plans, in accordance with plan provisions and established procedures.

  • Monitor, review, and reconcile data interfaces between HRIS, payroll, financial systems, and external vendors to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

  • Research and resolve participant and stakeholder inquiries; document issues, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective actions as needed.

  • Review and reconcile retirement transactions such as deferral elections, contributions, employer match, forfeitures, distributions, vesting, and loan activity.

  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures and process documentation; identify opportunities for operational enhancements.

  • Support compliance and governance activities, including nondiscrimination testing, Form 5500 filings, SOX controls, audits, and regulatory requirements.

  • Administer day-to-day equity plan operations, including grant processing, vesting, exercises, cancellations, and adjustments.

  • Serve as the primary administrator of the UBS equity platform, managing processing accuracy and user access.

  • Reconcile equity data across HRIS, payroll, and financial systems to support reporting and compliance.

  • Partner with Finance on close activities, reconciliations, and equity compensation expense reporting.

  • Coordinate with Legal and the Office of the Corporate Secretary on equity related compliance, including Section 16, Form 144, Rule 701, and board approvals.

  • Support internal controls, SOX documentation, and audit requirements related to equity administration.

  • Act as a first point of contact for employees and HR partners on routine equity and retirement questions, escalating complex issues as appropriate.

  • HR partners, including Compensation, Executive Compensation, and HR Operations

  • Finance teams supporting close, reporting, and reconciliations

  • Legal and the Office of the Corporate Secretary on compliance and governance matters

  • Payroll and HRIS teams to ensure accurate data flow and processing

  • External vendors and recordkeepers supporting retirement and equity programs

  • Employees and executives participating in retirement and long-term incentive plans

What you bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering corporate retirement plans and/or complex equity compensation programs.

  • Strong operational knowledge of retirement and equity compliance requirements, including ERISA, IRS, DOL, and applicable securities regulations.

  • Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and technical capabilities.

  • Experience working with HRIS systems; ability to manage and reconcile data across multiple platforms.

  • Proven attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a controlled environment.

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • Workday HRIS experience.

  • Direct experience administering equity plans using the UBS equity platform.

  • Exposure to Section 409A, Section 16, Rule 701, and executive compensation programs.

  • Experience supporting audits, SOX controls, and complex compliance initiatives.

  • A continuous-improvement mindset with experience driving automation or process enhancements.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$79,000-$113,600

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
