Management Analyst (Veterinary Logistics Specialist)



Position Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, medical supply, or equipment management.
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience working with enterprise logistics or asset management systems.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with Department of Defense or federal logistics environments.
  • Familiarity with medical or veterinary supply systems such as:

    • DMLSS
    • LogiCole
    • DPAS
    • AESIP / FMS Web
    • MMIP / MedPDB / MMC / ECAT





Duties:



  • Supports veterinary and medical logistics operations by managing supply, equipment, and property accountability.
  • Uses systems such as DMLSS, LogiCole, and other systems of record to track assets, inventory, and authorizations.
  • Provides customer support to hospital staff and subordinate clinics on supply procedures and logistics processes.
  • Maintains property book accountability through hand receipt management and inventory validation.
  • Coordinates and supports routine and annual inventories, including sensitive and durable items.
  • Analyzes supply, equipment, and budget data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepares reports, briefings, and correspondence related to logistics, supply operations, and property management.
  • Assists with procurement of medical materiel and supplies, including use of Government Purchase Cards (GPC).
  • Conducts research to identify cost-effective products, substitutes, and sourcing options.
  • Enters and maintains accurate data across multiple logistics and financial systems.
  • Provides training and guidance to points of contact on supply, inventory, and budget processes.



This is a full-time position paying a base salary of $80,000, and full benefits, and has possible bonus potential based on merit and performance. To be considered for this position, please apply online with a resume.
