Overview

QuarterLine (QL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is seeking a dedicated General Office Clerk to support the Regional Dental Laboratory at the Branch Health Clinic Norfolk, VA.

    Duty Location: Branch Health Clinic Norfolk, Norfolk, VA 23511. No Telework allowed.
  • Duty Hours: Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 0600 - 1500 for a 9-hour shift to include an uncompensated 30-minute meal break; Friday, between the hours of 0600 - 1230 for a 6.5-hour shift to include and uncompensated 30-minute meal break. Total work hours shall not exceed 40 hours per week.


Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

  • Greets customers/visitors at a front desk, information center or other office setting.
  • Answers main office phone line. Directs telephone calls to appropriate section for assistance.
  • Enter data from various sources (reports, equipment displays, printouts, forms, etc.) into the appropriate computer system. Print reports at a required interval as directed by staff.
  • Files, retrieves, and collates documentation as requested by staff.


Minimum Requirements

  • Degree/Education: High School degree / GED
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with various Microsoft Office programs to include Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Access.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience in organizing and maintaining files.
  • Must have the ability to learn new systems and programs.
  • Must have the ability to communicate clearly, display tact and diplomacy while dealing with others.
