For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants.

This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Please note this bonus is not available for per-diem positions. Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Patient Service Representative -Cancer Care and IV Therapy | MaineHealth

Location:South Portland, ME (100% Onsite)

Schedule:

40 hours per week | 8-hour shifts | operating hours: Monday-Friday, between 7:15 AM - 5:00 PM

Join our growing team in South Portland as aPatient Service Representative (PSR)in ourCancer Care and IV Therapydepartment. With the opening of a brand-new facility in Scarborough, this is a great time to become part of a dedicated, mission-driven healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner

  • Answer telephones and route calls appropriately

  • Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars

  • Perform general office duties as assigned

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
