Responsibilities

Senior Sales Director- Walmart Team

Bentonville, AR (Hybrid)

The Senior Sales Director - Walmart Team is responsible for leading Shearer's largest and most strategically significant customer partnership. This role has accountability for the Walmart P&L and drives both short and longterm growth for the Shearer's portfolio. This leader will collaborate crossfunctionally to deliver exceptional quality, service, and value to Walmart while building strong customer relationships and shaping the future roadmap of innovation and category leadership. The Senior Director will serve as a peoplefirst leader, developing talent and fostering a culture aligned with Shearer's values.

Your seat at the table:

Customer & Business Leadership

  • Own and lead the Walmart P&L with full responsibility for Revenue, Volume, and EBITDA performance.
  • Build and execute annual and multiyear growth strategies aligned with Walmart's category priorities and Shearer's overall business vision.
  • Leverage insights, financial analytics, and category trends to identify growth opportunities and drive longterm portfolio health.

CrossFunctional Leadership

  • Lead an integrated team across Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, Marketing, and Quality.
  • Ensure bestinclass Quality, Service, and Value delivery to Walmart.
  • Drive operational clarity, alignment, and proactive communication across all functions supporting the Walmart business.

Strategic Customer Partnership

  • Develop and maintain strong external relationships with Walmart's Merchandising, Private Brands (Own Brand) / Product Development, and Sourcing teams.
  • Position Shearer's as a trusted, solutionsfocused partner by identifying joint value creation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Walmart on inyear execution priorities and multiyear transformational initiatives.

Innovation & Renovation Leadership

  • Partner closely with Shearer's R&D, Insights, and Supply Chain teams to build a robust threeyear innovation and renovation pipeline tailored to Walmart's category strategy.
  • Translate consumer trends and customer insights into scalable product platforms.
  • Ensure highquality commercialization and ontime delivery of new product initiatives.

Talent Development & Team Leadership

  • Build and develop a highperforming Walmart team with clear capabilities, development plans, and growth paths.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture rooted in Shearer's values.
  • Coach and mentor team members, preparing them for future leadership roles within the organization.

Communication & Storytelling

  • Deliver clear, compelling commercial stories and strategic updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use data, insights, and storytelling to influence decisions and secure alignment on key priorities.
  • Maintain a proactive, solutionoriented mindset, bringing clarity to complex situations.

Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

  • 10+ years of experience in CPG Sales, Customer Leadership, or Category/Commercial roles.
  • Proven track record leading Walmart P&L ability to translate insights into action.
  • Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams and driving business results.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and executive presence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Private Brand / Own Brand product development environments.
  • Background in snacks, salty snacks, or broader food manufacturing categories.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and manufacturing operations.
