Quality Assurance Auditor -3rd Shift

Marvin Roanoke is excited to announce an opening for a dynamic 3rd Shift Quality Assurance Auditor! Audit windows and doors across multiple production lines to ensure toptier product quality
• Train and support line associates in understanding and applying Quality Standards
• Drive continuous improvement by helping develop, implement, and validate new process enhancements
• Provide supervisors with fast, actionable feedback on any quality issues identified on the production floor

• High School Diploma/GED required -Six months to one year of related experience. Prior quality experience, certifications and training preferred but not required.
• Participate and chip in a team environment, possess self-motivating skills, and be diligent and honest.
• Ability to problem solve, train, direct, and communicate effectively. Have proficient organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking abilities.
