As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support guests and tenants with friendly customer service. You will conduct routine rounds, communicate clearly with onsite teams, and document observations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including addressing disturbances, assisting with lost and found situations and/or coordinating with property management as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront corridors, service hallways, parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and loading or receiving areas, observe for suspicious behavior and/or hazards and report concerns through the appropriate channels.
• Complete reports and logs on patrol activity, incidents, tenant or guest concerns and/or policy violations, and communicate updates to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
