Ecolab is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join its Operational Innovation (OI) team. This candidate will primarily be responsible for applying mechanical engineering and project management experience to drive and executehigh impact-cost optimization and resilience projects as part of the OI team. This role will be crucial in driving our Low-Cost Market Sourcing (LCMS) initiatives in Mexico. The driven individual will collaborate with Procurement, Engineering & Connected Solutions (ECS), Equipment Compliance, R&D Teams and Supplier Quality. They will coordinate, drive, and execute new supplier approvals, cost optimization, and security of supply initiatives. Successful candidates will possess strong collaboration and teamwork skills, be self-motivated, have good communication skills, and be a creative problem solver. What's in it For You:
