What You Can Expect

ENGIE North America's Grid Scale Renewables - Flexible Generation team is seeking a highly qualified Scheduling Senior Analyst to lead the development, maintenance, and forecasting of project schedules that drive on time project delivery. This role manages multiple development (pre construction) and EPC execution projects within a scheduling portfolio valued at $800M to $1B.

What You Will Do:



  • Collaborate with Business Development team to develop preliminary project schedules for estimating and proposal purposes (pre-construction)
  • Create, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Project Schedule (IMPS) including the necessary work breakdown structure (WBS) required to cover scope for Project Delivery
  • Ensure schedules have proper logic, dependencies, and resource alignment across multiple disciplines and contractors to provide a realistic and achievable master schedule. This includes the ability to resource and cost load schedules within P6
  • Manage weekly schedule updates during construction, validating progress reporting from contractors and suppliers with appropriate stakeholders and subject matter experts. On a monthly basis, based upon trend analysis, the schedule is re-forecasted and findings are shared with the project team along with possible mitigation strategies
  • Set various internal and external baselines and reports weekly/ monthly KPI's such as month over month and week over week variance analysis. Additional reporting includes SPI, CPI, CPM, EVM and quantity S-Curve metrics within a Power BI dashboard



What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project scheduling in the energy, construction, or engineering industry, PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), or similar certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in scheduling software Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, with Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create customized schedule analysis tools using (data import, sorting and filtering, pivot tables, graphs, charts, and custom formulas (such as VLOOKUP)
  • Excellent working knowledge of Procore, Power-BI, and the MS Office suite
  • Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) key performance indicators: SPI, CPI, quantity S-Curve calculation, and providing schedule forecast analysis
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi discipline, matrixed project team; highly organized and detail oriented



Additional Details



  • This role is eligible for our hybrid in-office work policy, this role is NOT eligible for remote work
  • You must be available to travel domestically up to 25% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies



Compensation

Salary Range: $88,800 - $136,045 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
