We are hiring a Quality Coordinator to provide oversight of all program processes, documentation, and property to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and program requirements and standards.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Training and support of program leadership to ensure program documentation and procedures in compliance with state, federal, and company requirements.
  • Manages program certification and licensure applications.
  • Manages preparation and submission of certification and licensure documentation
  • Support of State On-Site Annual Review surveys
  • Develops and manages implementation and completion of Plans of Correction
  • Implements regular auditing of program documentation to ensure compliance-readiness
  • Manages oversight of program property including but not limited to homes and vehicles to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with all relevant standard
  • Support of DSP training activities and documentation to ensure compliance with state, federal, and company requirement
  • Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all staff and individuals we serve

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing NH State DHHS/BDS Certification and Licensure processes and standards
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with environmental compliance, e.g. facilities maintenance systems
  • Minimum of 3 years experience facilitating employee training
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Ability to effectively train and support employees

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
