We're excited to launch our next Sales Associate Cohort starting April 1, 2026!

The Sales Associate role is designed for individuals eager to break into medical sales and build a long-term career within Molnlycke's Wound Care business. This is an entry-level field sales role with a clear path toward becoming a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) within 24 months.

As part of this upcoming cohort, you'll become fully cross-trained on our entire Wound Care portfolio, gaining the product expertise, clinical understanding, and field experience needed to drive meaningful customer impact in the Acute and Post-Acute markets.

This position supports our New England Region, where you'll find a team culture rooted in collaboration. Candidates ideally reside in Boston, Hartford, Burlington, or Upstate NY

During your first six months, you will:




  • Follow a structured milestone-based development plan
  • Build foundational clinical and product knowledge across the full Wound Care portfolio
  • Receive ongoing, robust performance feedback from both your Sales Enablement Manager and Region Manager
  • Learn through real-world sales calls, case coverage, distributor interactions, and customer engagement



From there, you will work more closely with the Regional Sales team to:



  • Build and expand customer relationships by educating clinicians on product features, distinctions, and utilization
  • Support sales calls, presentations, and product introductions to help achieve regional sales goals
  • Collaborate with distributor partners to drive aligned sales and marketing efforts
  • Resolve customer issues in partnership with our Customer Service team
  • Assist with sales meeting preparation, presentations, and trade show support
  • Participate in special projects such as temporary territory coverage or shadowing senior sales professionals



Your full development journey typically lasts 24 months, culminating in the opportunity to apply for an open Territory Sales Manager (TSM) role that aligns with your skills, performance, and career aspirations.

Work-Life Balance



  • 60-75% Overnight travel is expected



Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $52,000 - $65,000 annually; this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus & car reimbursement.

What you'll need:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field from an accredited college and/or university required
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, Customer Service, Sales, and/or Marketing Experience preferred,
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., sit, stand, walk for long distances, and stoop
  • Valid driver's license & clean driving record that permits the driving of company-owned vehicles
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain hospital-required credentialing, which may include Covid-19 vaccinations.
  • Relocation within the US may be required for promotion.
