Role Overview: A seasonal Operations Support Representative is a handson support role that assists with daytoday branch operations across multiple functional areas. This position works collaboratively with team members to support operational efficiency, safety, and customer service, particularly during peak seasonal periods. A Sample of What You'll Do in this Role: Assist Support daily operations including warehouse, seed, inventory, and fertilizer activities Assist with seed treatments, product handling, and order fulfillment Support inventory control, product intake, and monitoring processes Assist with dispatching, logistics, and shipping documentation Utilize systems such as JD Edwards for order processing, shipping papers, and invoicing Support liquid fertilizer operations as needed Participate in EHSS, DOT, and process training to support regulatory compliance Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals What You Bring to the Role: 1+ years of related operations or agricultural experience Knowledge of agricultural operations preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Willingness to work extended hours during busy seasons High School Diploma or equivalent Class A CDL preferred but not required What Makes You a Great Fit: Strong written and verbal communication skills Positive, teamoriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills Detail and accuracyfocused with the ability to multitask Professional appearance and commitment to facility cleanliness Ability to follow processes and maintain confidentiality Compensation and Benefits: The base compensation for this position ranges from $15.10 to $20.16 per hour.
