Senior HR Business Partner & HR Site Leader

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Cypress, CA

DESCRIPTION

This Senior HR Business Partner and HR Site Lead role will be the lead HR Business Partner consultant aligned to the overall North America Molecular business industrial/operations functions. In this role, you will act as the trusted advisor to the leadership of the relevant functions by coaching them for success, executing key strategic initiatives and ensuring high-level delivery of HR programs, processes and services. This role will also serve as the HR Site Leader for the Cypress, CA campus - working with the top level site leaders across functions to ensure a solid people and local culture strategy that reinforces the global Diasorin culture while ensuring local employee engagement and being recognized in the local community as an employer of choice.

The role will also work closely with key COE partners, HR Shared Services and other functional colleagues across the Diasorin matrix, to support the execution of HR strategies across these critical functions.

Key job responsibilities




  • ProvidingHR consulting and thought leadership through effective partnership with Industrial Operations leaders. Ensure Human capital solutions are in place to meet their business needs.
  • Leading multiple, HR programs & projects across your client groups, many of which require alignment and coordination with other members of the HR team.
  • Diagnosis, design, development and execution of organizational design & effectiveness and organizational development programs. Conduct assessments and provide a clear picture of the current state, highlighting issues/concerns and providing suggested solutions
  • Leverage HR Centers of Excellence and other corporate teams to address and satisfy the strategic human capital needs of the business
  • Lead workforce planning efforts across your client groups, supporting leaders as they identify the capability and resourcing needs required to meet business objectives
  • Introduce, lead and influence change management initiatives to address issues that will enhance overall performance and build the overall human capital capability of the organization.
  • Preparing and delivering key human capital analysis (KPIs) an insights to business leadership to help drive data-driven consultation and decision making for and with the business.
  • Responsible for talent review & succession planning process and implementation of action plans across your client groups. Identification of development opportunities to ensure diverse, succession ready bench and development of high potentials to meet both the near-term and long-term needs of the business.
  • Conducting gap analysisand collaborating with Talent Management to ensure appropriate career development programs and initiatives are aligned with critical skill development for the functions and groups.
  • Coaching and consulting with senior leaders on issues affecting culture, engagement, performance and development, helping to determine root causes and recommend appropriate strategies
  • Work closely with Diasorin Talent Acquisition partners to ensure a strong value proposition & employment branding is in place, and that all aspects of the recruitment process are meeting the client group's needs.
  • Coordinating and drivingthe annual performance and compensation review process across your client groups, and annual headcount (LBE) planning.
  • Playing a very active role on the North America HR team, contributing, and supporting region-wide HR initiatives and on occasion, representing the Molecular division on various global and company-wide projects



Required Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in HR, businessor a related field of study
  • 7+ years' experience in a progressive Human Resources organization or relevant business environment


Preferred Qualifications:



  • HR experience supporting industrial and/or operation organizations is an advantage but not required
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed, growth-oriented corporate environment.
  • Ability to work in a matrix HR model - influencing and partnering with COE and HR operational partners
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with highly complex business challenges, both urgent short-term issues and long-term strategic items in the highly competitive medical device sales ecosystem
  • Sound HR judgement with ability to advise business leaders and help them find solutions in all areas of HR - Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Analytics & Insights, Employee Relations, Compensation, Culture & Engagement.
  • Strong execution skills. Able to work with a fast-paced and dynamic client group.
  • Experience with developing and implementing talent management strategies, running succession planning and talent review meetings, following up as needed on individual actions.
  • Has worked on creating engagement and retention strategies and plans with successful deployment relentless follow-through to ensure successful outcomes
  • Strong commitment to defining and delivering diversity and inclusion strategies.
  • Thrives in a team oriented, high demand and high-performance culture.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on agility and customer-focus
  • Able to analyze HR data and extract insights which will influence leaders and help them run their business effectively

What we offer

The hourly posting for this position is $114,488 - $154,896 annualized. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. Beyond base salary, Diasorin offers a competitive rewards package focused on your overall well-being. Benefits may vary by role, country, region, union status, and other employment status factors. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. An incentive award, if any, depends on various factors, including, individual and organizational performance.
