This intern will collaborate with the Sanitation Team and play a critical role in keeping the facility, equipment, and production areas clean and compliant with regulations.

What You'll Do:

  • Get hands-on with advanced equipment and learn how world-class dairy products are made safely and efficiently through the sanitation process.

  • Explore every corner of dairy manufacturing by rotating through key areas of plant operations - milk receiving, cheese making, drying, packaging, and shipping.

  • Take ownership of meaningful Clean-in-place (CIP) projects that improve processes, boost plant performance, and enhance team efficiency.

  • Analyze real data in our sanitation process to measure the impact of process improvements.

  • Acquire current knowledge and understanding of sanitation regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments and applicable laws related to operations in a dairy manufacturing environment.

  • Collaborate with experienced professionals and plant leadership to understand the full scope of operations and CIP.

  • Students currently enrolled in Dairy Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
