Job Summary The Manager of Analytics will shape our organization's success through data-driven insights and strategic guidance to ensure alignment with the business's vision and objectives. This role will manage a team of analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic decisions and deliver data insights both internally and externally. This role is pivotal in leveraging data to enhance our operational performance, customer experience, and overall business results. Supervise a team of Data analysts to lead client facing analytics programs and internal measures analysis. Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives and goals. Collaborate with leadership and clients to identify and prioritize key strategic initiatives that can be informed and enhanced through data analysis. Lead, mentor and manage a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement. Provide guidance on analytical techniques, tools and best practices to ensure the team delivers high quality insights and reports. Oversee the collection, integration and analysis of data from various internal and external sources to extract meaningful and actionable insights. Utilize statistical and analytical methods to identify trends, patterns and correlations in data. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to better use data to enhance their performance and results. Develop strategy for design and delivering dashboards, reports and presentations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations. Collaborate with external partners and clients to understand their data analytics needs and translate them into actionable insights that drive value. Provide data driven insights and recommendations to external stakeholders to support their decision making processes. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools and methodologies in the data analytics field and recommend adoption when prudent. Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical data usage practices in analytics efforts. Define KPIs for analytics initiatives and regularly assess the impact of analytical insights on business outcomes. Manage relationships with external data partners. Clearly communicate complex analysis to non-technical personnel both verbally and in written forms with excellence. Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the market segment, sharing insights, trends, benchmarking and best practices with clients assigned. Pursues a variety of issues ranging from understanding our customers and contractors to ensuring profitable product portfolio management. Performs all other duties as assigned.
CANDIDATE SUMMARY
Required Experience
5+ Years of Data analytics experience 5+ years in a people leadership position Experience in the (foodservice/grocery/convenience/QSR) industryExperience desired Experience in handling data in large quantities (e.g. SQL, etc) and building associated pipelines. Experience with analytical (visualization) software such as SAS, Python and Qlik Understand statistics as applied to data analytics. Abilities to get to root cause issues and identify effective solutions. Thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment while focusing on delivering repeatable, reliable solutions with flawless execution and superior customer service. Ability to read situations, adjust and influence others. Attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in Google applications (docs, sheets, calendar, drive, etc) and Microsoft products (Excel, Powerpoint). Must be a self-starter with the ability to perform independently in high pressure and dynamic situations with skill and tact Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to demonstrate data analysis skill and ability to apply this to business situations Proficiency with Business Intelligence Tools such as Power BI, Tableau and QlikView supporting different districts/areas of the business at once. Experience with presenting data to the Leadership team. Experience managing large projects.

Base Pay RangeYearly: $113,900.00 - $148,100.00
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable). Why Choose Us?
