Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Full-Time) Job Locations

Overview Do you excel at coordinating end-to-end recruiting in a fast-paced environment, working with ATS/HRIS platforms, and partnering with hiring managers and candidates-while comfortably traveling up to 30% during peak hiring seasons? MBP is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS platforms, recruiting coordination, and sourcing support, including experience staffing technical roles. Responsibilities What You'll Do: Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and the recruitment team. Manage and leverage applicant-tracking and recruiting systems to drive efficient processes and timely reporting. Partner with hiring managers to align recruiting priorities with business needs and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience. Coordinate across teams to maintain accurate records and support compliance and Affirmative Action reporting. Provide guidance to promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities include:
Coordinate the full recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing support, initial candidate assessments, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
