Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential - and people too. With a culture that's all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology - and careers - to the next level.

Interested in influencing the course of an iconic, fast-growing technology business? Curious to learn from, and accelerate growth alongside, some of the most accomplished leaders in tech today? Read on!

THE ROLE OVERVIEW

At Snowflake, we are at the core of the AI revolution - both in serving our customers with the AI data cloud, and internally, in how we operate day to day. We are seeking a high-leverage, AI-fluent strategic thinker to serve as a key partner to our CEO and Executive Team. This is a rare "seat at the table" for an early-career professional who possesses the rare blend of traditional strategic rigor and modern AI-native workflows. You will not just manage the rhythm of the business nor advise at a distance on strategy; you will architect the future of Snowflake from the CEO's office, using agentic AI and advanced data reasoning to implement innovative solutions across all Snowflake functions.

OUR IDEAL STRATEGIC LEADER WILL HAVE:

Minimal Qualifications

  • 2-3 Years of "Hyper-Growth" Experience: A background in top-tier strategy, consulting, or high-growth technology environments with demonstrated impact on business outcomes

  • AI-Native DNA: You don't just "use" AI; it is fundamental to how you work. You are proficient in Prompt Engineering, agentic workflows, and basic Python/SQL to manipulate data directly within the Snowflake AI Data Cloud.

  • High-Velocity Problem Solving: The ability to navigate complex business landscapes with a "systems thinking" mindset. You see the connections between product, sales, and finance that others miss.

  • Executive Presence with Low Ego: You are comfortable presenting to the C-Suite and Board, yet you possess the discretion and humility required to thrive in a "behind-the-scenes" high-impact role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Computer Science bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to translate "technical speak" into "business impact." You can draft a CEO-level memo that is both visionary and grounded in data.

WHY THIS IS AN INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY

This role is a career catapult. You will gain a decade's worth of executive experience in two years. You will be at the epicenter of the AI revolution, helping to steer a company that provides the data "fuel" for the rest of the world's AI initiatives.

The "Snowflake Standard": We value people who are driven, disciplined, and relentless about delivering value. If you are an AI-native thinker who wants to help run the engine of a global tech giant, we want to talk to you.

Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company's confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data. Snowflake employees must abide by the company's data security plan as an essential part of their duties. It is every employee's duty to keep customer information secure and confidential.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we're scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
