Job Title: Employee Development Specialist Duration: 12 months Location: Everett, WA Shift Expectations: Shift 1, They must have the ability to work both shifts - 1st and 2nd Shift. Most likely will receive training on 1st Shift and work on 2nd Shift Job Description Summary: Defines project scope and recommends deliverables, budget, and resources. Oversees curriculum development, review of course content and instructional materials, testing, and system access requirements. Identifies business-specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods. Performs as a lead instructor in a specialized content area. Deploys development tools and monitors implementation. Identifies potential issues that impact performance and leads the performance analysis and development of improvement recommendations. Required skills: - 3+ years of experience. - Experience conducting adult leadership training. - Aerospace training. - Teaching technical subject matter. Preferred skills: - Military aviation experience.
