What You'll Do:


The Credit and Collections Analyst supports the global Credit and Collections team by helping manage credit risk, cash collection, and accounts receivable activities across business units. This role partners with internal teams and customers to support timely cash application, monitor customer credit profiles, manage credit limits and holds, and assist with transaction tax compliance.



  • Sets up new customers in the system and supports credit limit, payment term, and credit hold processes.
  • Applies and posts cash transactions accurately and timely, including credit card and international payments.
  • Follows up on past-due invoices and assists with account reconciliation and issue resolution.
  • Maintains customer credit documentation, including applications, reports, resale certificates, and agreements.
  • Supports preparation of monthly A/R aging reports and bad debt reserve (CECL) calculations.
  • Prepares intercompany receivables reporting for consolidation purposes.
  • Provides documentation support for external audits and tax-related filings.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, internal controls, and other assigned responsibilities.



What We're Looking For:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 2-3 years of experience in credit and collections, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP or a large ERP system preferred.
  • Experience supporting transactional tax matters (e.g., sales tax, VAT).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you may be doing:



  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be frequently required to execute standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers).
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be frequently required to execute non-standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this positionis listed below. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
